Will my Instagram account get into trouble?

Instoly runs on Instagram's official Graph API with the permissions you approve when you connect. We never ask for your password and nothing logs in as you. That's the same route Meta's approved partners use.

How do I set up an Instagram auto DM?

Connect your Instagram business or creator account, pick the keyword you want Instoly to watch for, and write the reply that carries your link. When someone comments that word, the DM goes out. Story replies and story mentions can start the same flow on Pro and Business.

Is there a free plan for Instagram auto DM?

Yes, and it's a real plan rather than a trial. The free plan sends 1,000 replies a month — DMs and public comment replies together, one credit each — with no limit on how many flows or keywords you run, and no card to start.

What happens if a reel goes viral?

Replies are queued and paced so Instagram stays happy, and every plan includes a monthly allowance of automated replies. If you're regularly running past it, that's the signal to move up a plan — we'll tell you before it becomes a problem.

Can I send invoices to brands?

Yes. Build the invoice from the posts you delivered, let AI write the line items, add your GST details if you're in India, and send it as a PDF or a link.
