Data Deletion Instructions

How to Delete Your Data

We respect your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of all data associated with your Instoly account through any of the following methods:

Option 1: From Instagram Settings

  1. Open the Instagram app or go to instagram.com
  2. Go to Settings → Security → Apps and Websites
  3. Find Instoly in the list of connected apps
  4. Click Remove and select "Delete my data"
  5. We will receive the request and process it within 48 hours

Option 2: From Your Instoly Account

  1. Log in to your Instoly dashboard at instoly.com/dashboard
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll to the Danger Zone section
  4. Click "Delete Account" to permanently remove all your data

Option 3: Contact Us Directly

Send an email to contact@instoly.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and we will process your request within 48 hours.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you request data deletion, we remove the following:

  • Your Instagram access tokens and account connection
  • Instagram username, profile picture, and follower data
  • All flow configurations
  • DM message history and conversation logs
  • Comment trigger and interaction records
  • Analytics and performance data

Your Instoly account credentials (email, password) are retained unless you explicitly request full account deletion. This allows you to reconnect in the future if you choose.

Check Deletion Status

If you received a confirmation code after requesting data deletion through Instagram, your request has been received and is being processed. Data deletion is typically completed within 48 hours of the request.
